Job description

We are currently hiring a skilled Construction Foreman to support all phases of utility construction for a variety of telecom projects. This role requires hands-on experience in underground utility work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining utility construction projects
  • Work in outdoor environments, including trenches and underground sites
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the field
  • Train crew members on the safe and effective use of tools and equipment
  • Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, trenchers, air compressors, hydraulic reel trailers, and more
  • Ensure proper setup and execution of all phases of job-site activity
  • Maintain compliance with all safety standards and project specifications
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Valid DL (Driver License)
  • Experience in underground utility construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction equipment and field operations
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
