The Opportunity
Noco Holdings LLC is seeking a highly motivated and proactive HVAC Field Superintendent to manage on-site mechanical operations for our expanding portfolio in the Southeast. You will take charge of a major multifamily new construction project in Wilmington, NC, with future opportunities taking you to key regional hubs like Atlanta, Charlotte, or Raleigh.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Oversee day-to-day field operations and installation of commercial HVAC systems from initial ground-break through final commissioning and project closeout.
- Partner with Project Managers on material ordering, writing RFIs, tracking change orders, and coordinating subcontractor labor needs.
- Lead project-specific MEP quality control and safety programs, running on-site safety meetings and ensuring full compliance with safety regulations.
- Direct subcontractor crews, streamline jobsite logistics, and maintain clean, organized material storage across active work zones.
- Review MEP shop drawings and submittals, managing system start-ups, test and balance (TAB), validation certifications, and owner training.
- Collaborate closely with General Contractors, trade partners, and municipal inspectors to navigate jobsite requirements and pass all critical inspections smoothly.
- Maintain accurate, real-time job logs and activity tracking using company software systems.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 7–10+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC construction and installation experience.
- 3+ years of direct HVAC supervisory/field leadership experience (multifamily new construction strongly preferred).
- Active, valid driver’s license and a reliable truck to travel between regional job sites.
- Deep understanding of mechanical construction principles, building codes, MEP safety standards, and TAB processes.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex architectural/MEP blueprints, shop drawings, and specs.
- Strong digital literacy with the ability to navigate construction management software and mobile apps on job sites.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated background managing large-scale multifamily mechanical builds across the Southeast.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and an established track record of maintaining positive relationships with General Contractors and trade partners.
- Forward-thinking, proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate site bottlenecks and mitigate disruptions before they impact project timelines.
