Job Summary:

Drive the growth and performance of the Building Automation Systems (BAS) division by combining hands-on sales, operational leadership, and team development. This role is responsible for achieving revenue targets, leading project execution, and building a strong team culture focused on results and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in building automation systems, controls, or related field
  • Strong understanding of BAS, DDC systems, and system integration
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering project outcomes
  • Ability to read and interpret control diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Construction, or Business is preferred
  • Experience with BAS programming (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or similar) is a plus
  • Familiarity with modern automation technologies and platforms is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and achieve BAS revenue, margin, and backlog targets
  • Lead and close complex, high-value automation opportunities
  • Develop strategic account plans and pursue new market opportunities
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Lead, coach, and develop BAS engineers, programmers, and technicians
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and CRM data
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company processes
  • Provide technical leadership and support for complex systems
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams for smooth project delivery
  • Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
