on highspeed controllers installed throughout facilities that integrate and regulate environmental 

functions such as temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, lighting levels, and more.


Radius Systems is a full-service provider of Building Automation Systems and services in the Mid-Atlantic region. We are seeking to hire a highly motivated Sales Engineer in the South Jersey area to join 

our rapidly growing business.

The duties of this position include all sales functions related to developing new clients/accounts for long-term development and management. This will include site surveys to develop custom solutions, development of technical scopes, estimating, proposal development, sales presentation documents, arrangement of client meetings and presentation.


  • High school diploma
  • B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Automation Technology Engineering or 5 years field experience installing security systems or as Field Technician required
  • Fluent in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette
  • Outstanding customer interface and human relations skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain information
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively multitask, and adapt to rapidly changing schedules and priorities and work under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding customer interface and human relations skills
  • Fluent ability to work with laptops, tablets, smartphones
  • Ability to work in a team environment
