Job description

Job Requirements

The Integration Specialist V serves as a senior-level technical expert and escalation point for technical issues within the Integration team. This role leads large, multi-system integration projects, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and provides advanced technical mentorship for less experienced Integration Specialists. This position is responsible for advanced system troubleshooting, project execution, and technical oversight.


Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $36.23-$75.24 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.


Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.


Work Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology preferred. 
  • At least eight (8) years of experience in building automation systems (BAS), HVAC, electrical, or related technical fields, preferred.
  • Master knowledge of construction or HVAC industry, control theory, automatic temperature controls, and building automation systems.
  • Mastery of system integration for low-voltage sub-systems using protocols such as BACnet, LON, SLC, TCP/IP, RS-485, and other relevant industry standards.
  • Master of technical skills in system troubleshooting, logic development, system optimization, and network device configuration.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, specifications and submittal information required.
  • Ability to mentor and support the technical growth of Integration Specialists I-IV.
  • An ability to serve as a technical consultant for large, multi-system projects and provide strategic technical guidance to stakeholders.
  • Strong technical proficiency in software and hardware commissioning, device compatibility, and system functionality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and handheld devices such as smartphones and tablets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, coworkers, and project stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solver with a positive attitude & strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
