We're growing our Building Architecture and Design Service Group and are looking for an Architect to help lead that expansion. In this role, you'll be both a design leader and market influencer-strengthening our architectural practice, mentoring emerging talent, and building lasting client relationships across the region.
You'll collaborate with a talented, entrepreneurial team and work across diverse sectors, including Corporate, Aerospace, Healthcare, and Science & Technology. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape both projects and the future of our Building Architecture and Design Service Group.
What You'll Do
  • Lead impactful projects by guiding multi-disciplinary teams of architects, interior designers, and engineers from concept through completion
  • Mentor and develop talent, providing technical guidance and leadership to junior staff
  • Drive client relationships and help expand RS&H's presence across multiple markets and geographies
  • Champion design excellence by leveraging innovative tools and advancing BIM and design technologies
  • Own project delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule expectations are met
  • Contribute to business growth through client engagement, marketing support, and strategic positioning
  • Oversee technical design work, including planning, site analysis, specifications, and documentation
  • Conduct field observations to ensure design intent is achieved during construction
  • Collaborate with project managers on staffing, budgets, and workload planning

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
  • Professional licensure (Registered Architect)
  • 5+ years of progressive architectural design experience
  • Proven ability to lead projects and build strong client relationships
  • Experience in Corporate, Healthcare, or Science & Technology sectors preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • A passion for design, innovation, and mentoring others
