Building Aideย 
Clearcreek Elementary (3 hours 10:30am - 1:30pm)
SUMMARY: Under general supervision, monitors study hall classes enabling students to study in a quiet, orderly environment. Monitors lunchroom duties during student lunch times. Reports to the Building Principal.
DUTIES and PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Supervise students during lunch/recess to ensure students are adhearing to the building expectations.ย ย 
2. This position will be a flexible job responsible for the duties assigned by the building administration to best support student supervision with in the building during assigned times.ย ย 
3. Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance.
4. Demonstrates positive relationships with students and staff.
5. Establishes, as fully as possible, a supportive relationship with students.
6. Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School diploma.
2. Valid Ohio Student Monitor Certificate (may be obtained after employment prior to start with students).
3. Must possess valid Ohio driver's license.
4. Must pass criminal background check.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Effective Date:ย  ASAP
Terms of Employment:ย  186 day contract, $ 17.00/hr (3hours/day)
Salary and Fringe Benefits: Based on current negotiated agreement.ย  (9 paid holidays!)
