What is a building aide?

Building Aides are support staff who assist with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of schools or other facilities. Their responsibilities often include monitoring hallways, assisting teachers and students, helping with administrative tasks, and ensuring a safe and orderly environment. Building Aides play a crucial role in supporting the overall function of a building by providing assistance wherever needed, which helps teachers and administrators focus on their primary duties.

What are some common challenges faced by building aides, and how can they be managed effectively?

Building Aides often juggle a variety of responsibilities, such as assisting with classroom setup, supervising students, and supporting teachers with daily tasks.
