Sunny Square Family Guidance Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our innovative team in Downers Grove, Illinois. As an LCPC at Sunny Square, your responsibilities will encompass a range of therapeutic services designed to support young adults in their mental health journey:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can share experiences, build connections, and support one another in a safe environment.
• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized, empathetic therapy to help clients navigate their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing coping strategies tailored to their needs.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique circumstances and aspirations.
• Progress Monitoring: Use assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, communicating regularly to coordinate care and consult on complex cases, aspiring for the best results for our clients.

Our focus is on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and substance use issues. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure in the state of Illinois.
• Strong understanding of mental health treatment methodologies and commitment to evidence-based practices.

Sunny Square offers a competitive salary range of USD $85,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
