Builder Sales refer to the specialized field of selling building materials, products, or services directly to home builders, contractors, or developers. Professionals in Builder Sales work closely with construction companies to provide products like lumber, windows, roofing, and other essential building supplies. They often develop long-term relationships with clients, provide technical product knowledge, and help ensure that materials are delivered on time to meet project schedules. Success in Builder Sales requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, as well as a good understanding of the construction industry.

How do builder sales reps get paid?
