Our Nassau Street location is the go-to destination for high-end Princeton apparel, accessories, and gifts, catering to alumni, visitors, and tour groups seeking exceptional products that reflect the prestige and tradition of Princeton University.

Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Associates to join our Nassau Street team. This role requires individuals with a proven ability to deliver proactive, personalized service and excel in a fast-paced, premium retail environment. As a Sales Associate, you will represent the Princeton University Store brand, showcasing your expertise in engaging customers, upselling, and creating memorable shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional, proactive customer service by greeting guests, understanding their needs, and offering tailored recommendations.

Utilize your in-depth product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and build sales.

Actively upsell and cross-sell merchandise to maximize revenue while maintaining brand integrity.

Maintain the store’s elevated aesthetic through meticulous merchandising, stock replenishment, and attention to detail.

Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently, ensuring seamless and accurate transactions.

Promote co-op membership benefits and actively encourage customers to join.

Stay informed about Princeton University traditions, events, and products to authentically engage with customers.
