Title: Test Engineer
Location: Arden Hills, MN, or Irvine, CA (On-site)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)

Required Qualifications:
  • We are seeking a Test engineer with at least 5 years testing experience.
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of either Arden Hills, MN, or Irvine, California, or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent; will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience with any programming language.
  • Experience with Testing and knowledge on testing processes.
  • Should be able to analyze the current requirements/protocols, identify the gaps and implement.
  • Should be able to create, modify and implement test cases and test protocol.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum development environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:
  • Analyze the current requirements/protocols, identify the gaps, rectify and implement it.
  • Manual execution of tests or execute automated test scripts.
  • Create, execute test scripts/ protocols.
  • Debug and fix issues on the test scripts within its verification points
  • Document test results and write test reports.
  • Diagnose problems and report bugs and enhancements in a bug tracking system.
  • Share knowledge and demonstrate product areas to other team members on ad hoc basis.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, product review meetings, bug triage meetings etc.
  • Work closely with software development team, hardware engineering team, field support team, and other cross-functional teams.
