This team is seeking to bolster it's managed service model (tier 2/3 productions support) with a large Telco provider
Background
Implemented BRIM three years ago and this team is providing managed support (w/ some enhancements). They're replacing a resource on their production support team for their largest client. The current resource needs a lot of hand-holding and isn't a self-starter.
