Job description

Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is hiring for an Associate Project Manager in Eugene, OR. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Location: Eugene, OR

Duration: 12 month contract

Shift: M-F 8 am - 5pm

Pay rate range:$26-32/hour

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Customers will be ordering in units ( milligrams, vials, kilograms, etc.) - Will need to match up packaging configurations and fill volumes

  • Support the PMO/Customs (Project Management Organization and Customs) team by drafting custom project quotes, updating the project tracking system, coordinating invoicing, providing customer and commercial project updates.

  • Have a working knowledge of standard biological technologies and units of measure; buffer formulation, cell biology, chemistry.

  • Good with Excel, data management, manipulation and reporting

  • Comfortable working in various database systems

  • Ability to focus, not easily distracted

  • Comfortable with change and shifting priorities

Qualifications for this position include:

  • B.S. or B.A. in Biology/Chemistry or other life sciences program

  • 2+ years experience in a Customer-Facing role within the life sciences industry.

  • Must be familiar with standard and metric weight and volume units

  • Successful candidate will have strong skills in the following areas: written and verbal communications, interpersonal cross functional team based interaction, organizational and detail orientation, analytical, planning, and problem solving. Should also be intellectually curious and results oriented.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
