Humanity Wellness, located in the heart of Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team. If you have a knack for customer service and a genuine interest in wellness, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You'll Be DoingAs a Budtender at Humanity Wellness, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. THIS IS A PART-TIME POSTITON. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers warmly and providing personalized assistance.
- Educating customers on our product offerings and helping them make informed decisions.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Operating the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- A passion for wellness and a willingness to learn about our products.
- The ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, kneel, squat, and twist as needed.
- Comfort working on a tablet and handling physical demands associated with the role.
