Budtender Responsibilities and Job Description

The Budtender role is an imperative and important role for the company and all hands involved. We expect every person employed with Everbloom to be culture positive, self motivated, and have determination for the overall success of the Company. You have the face of the company and the memories they hold.

Budtender's get to show off great selling skills, great product knowledge, and help create a fun environment to work in. We need our Budtender's to always Shine and put the utmost care and concern into your work.

Duties Include:

  • You are expected to open and close the locations, Open and flexible schedule

  • Be on time for shift and breaks

  • Cleaning and organizing

  • Visual merchandising, Stocking, Product Handling, Rolling joints,

  • Checking for quality control

  • Customer service/Team service 100% positive

  • Assisting with Audits

  • Being aware of goals and meeting them

  • Daily paperwork for recording purposes and how to use the tool

  • Training

  • Cash Handling

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Team player mentality

  • Communication Skills /Continued education (product knowledge)

  • Reliable and enthusiastic

  • Networking and cross promoting

Job Type:

Full-time/Part Time Pay:$16.00
