What You Will Do:
The Budget Analyst will analyze financial data and reporting systems to track project funding, reconcile balances, and support sound financial management practices. Ensure compliance with internal controls, assists with financial audits, and provides financial analysis to support project decisions. Use spreadsheets, databases, and financial management tools to monitor performance and maintain accurate financial records.
What You Will Need:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
    o Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance.
  • High school diploma or Equivalent
  • THREE (3) or more years experience in financial management, budgeting, or project financial oversight

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to process large quantities of information to evaluate costs, benefits, and project outcomes
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze and solve problems while being able to clearly articulate complex ideas and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to solve complicated math problems as the job entails the disaggregation of data to form recommendations for a project to run effectively
