Das erwartet Sie- Betreuung und Beratung in- und ausländischer Unternehmen zu allen Themen des österreichischen und europäischen Kartellrechts sowie des Investitionskontrollrechts;
- Vertretung in Verfahren sowohl vor der österreichischen Bundeswettbewerbsbehörde und dem Kartellgericht als auch vor der Europäischen Kommission und den Europäischen Gerichten sowie sonstigen Gerichten und Behörden;
- Beratung national und international tätiger Unternehmen im Zusammenhang mit kartellrechtlichen Fragestellungen bei der laufenden Geschäftstätigkeit und der Vertragsgestaltung;
- Mitwirkung an der Implementierung und laufenden Betreuung von Compliance Programmen unserer Mandant:innen.
- abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium, internationaler Abschluss (LL.M.) oder Arbeitserfahrung im Ausland von Vorteil;
