Job description

Join Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. as a Quality NDE Inspector for the 2nd shift. Some of the responsibilities are to ensure manufacturing quality through nondestructive testing methods. Use of techniques like Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrant, Radiographic Testing, and Visual Inspection to verify compliance with industry codes (ASME, AWS) and company standards. Document inspections, collaborate with teams to resolve issues, participate in audits, and maintain calibration of equipment. Contribute to a safety and quality-focused environment.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience of relevant NDE, inspection, or quality experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in blueprint reading

• ASNT-TC-1A Level II Bubble Leak Testing

• ASNT-TC-1A Level II Dye Penetrant Testing

• ASNT-TC-1A Level II Magnetic Particle Examination

• ASNT-TC-1A Visual Inspection with Dimensional Inspection

• ASNT-TC-1A Level II Ultrasonic Testing

• ASNT-TC-1A Radiographic Testing Level I or Level II

• Vision (Near, Distance, Color, Depth Perception)

Compensation $75,000 to $83,000 annually plus $2/hr shift differential, DOE

Benefits

2nd Shift- Monday - Thursday 3:00pm to 1:30am with voluntary overtime Friday-Sunday
