Essential Skills: Must have played Scrum Master role in an Agile Development project for at least 3 YearsMust have worked as a Business Analyst prior to Scrum Master role in Finance RegulatoryReportingUnderstanding of Regulatory Reporting| Risk Reporting is neededSprint Planning execution with all the ceremonies for at least 3 yearsGood understanding of the software development life cycle models| especially Agile.Good mix of both business and technical background to be able to effectively interactassistwith different teams.Ability to take initiative and apply critical thinking techniques to analyze problems| developsolutions or manage riskExcellent verbal and written communication skills and experience interacting with bothbusiness and IT teams.Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification
Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Agile Project Management tools such as Azure DevOps| VersionOne| JIRA or equivalent.
