Job description

Position: Salesforce BSA Lead

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – 4 days in office)

Duration: 6 months C2H

JOB DESCRIPTION

looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in our Salesforce Center of excellence (COE). In this role you will be part of a team working to develop solutions enabling the business to leverage the Salesforce platform to elevate the business processes towards an improved Optimal Customer experience (OCR). As a Lead BSA Analyst, you will work with the business to understand their needs, document technical requirements and build/manage the product backlog.

Key EDW salesforce products utilized include Sales and Service cloud, Financial Services cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft & Copado. If you consider Salesforce as a strategic asset, evangelize the value of seamless end to end processes, have a passion for learning and continuous improvement, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serves as a liaison and knowledge source with stakeholders, product owner and team members.
  • Work with product team in an Agile environment to understand Epic vision, breakdown of features and how user stories should be prioritized.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to refine user story details, acceptance criteria, and establish story points with team members. These meetings should result in user stories ready to be prioritized into the backlog.
  • Work with the Agile team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders to facilitate and document any source to target data mappings as required.
  • Participates in the identification, quantification and mitigation of risks and issues.
  • Responsible for working with the Application BSAs to identify and escalate impediments to completing the requirements to the Scrum Master.
  • Work with the product team to ensure there is good volume of user stories in backlog to ascertain backlog health and flexibility.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3-5+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst.
  • 2+ years of experience using SOQL to create ad-hoc queries and analyze data.
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience leading other BSAs on a project team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services (banking) industry.
  • Experience working with Salesforce platform with Sales and Service cloud. FSC would be preferred.
  • Salesforce Administration certifications
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability working with a high-performing team
