Overview
TRC is looking for a Senior Software Architect / Developer with the ability to handle the entire software development life cycle, end to end. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a team developing new spatial products and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, thorough knowledge of software development procedures, ability to self-manage projects, and be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of software architecture.
  • Strong object-oriented design patterns.
  • Metadata-driven software design & development.
  • REST services design & development.
  • Offline data, synchronization techniques and data conflict resolution.
  • Multi-tenant software development.
  • Component / control development.
  • Data modeling / database design.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum and / or Kanban methodologies.

Qualifications
  • BS Computer Science required, Masters preferred.
  • 10 years of application development experience.
  • Windows / iOS / Android development a plus.
  • At least 10 years of experience with C# or Objective-C / Swift.
  • Experience with Java, and SQL (Microsoft & Oracle).
  • Experience with GIS technologies, understanding of ESRI technology a plus.
  • Experience with SAP modules and integration of applications with SAP stack a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop applications focused on end user requirements.
  • Self-starter, team player, with ability to bring alternate points of view to the discussion.
  • Strong organizational skills and collaboration skills required.
