Welcome to Browns Valley Health Center!
We believe the dining experience should be something to look forward too! We do this by attending to the dining needs of each resident personally, in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner! This is all possibly by hiring staff that uphold our mission of Expressing Christ's love by providing care that values every human life.
Primary Purpose
  • The Dietary Aide is responsible for assisting with food preparation, meal service, and kitchen sanitation to ensure residents receive safe, nutritious, and appealing meals in accordance with physician orders, resident preferences, and federal and state regulations. This position plays an important role in supporting residents' health, dignity, and quality of life by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, organized dining environment. Working as part of the interdisciplinary team, the Dietary Aide helps create a positive dining experience while following all food safety and infection prevention standards

Salary Range and Hours
  • Salary Range Aide $15.24-$16.01
  • Status: Part Time Day (16 hours every 2 weeks)
  • Schedule: every other weekend, great job for students!
  • Hours: 5:45am-2:15pm

Benefits Offered
  • PLT and ESST accrual starting day one of employment
  • Eligible to enroll is 403b retirement plan

  • Required Skills:
    • Must be 15 years of age or older
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Must have a good understanding of quality food production.
