Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Brothers Food Service (BFS) is seeking a talented and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Route any complaints to the appropriate department
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding produce orders
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Produce experience is a plus
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
