We are currently looking for a Brokerage Services Associate to join our growing Nashville team. This role will provide marketing and transactional support for a group of our sales producers within the industrial and retail asset classes.
Essential Job Functions:
Marketing Support:

  • Design and update flyers, brochures, and marketing collateral to ensure up-to-date branding and messaging.
  • Complete and submit signage requests to ensure timely placement and visibility.
  • Develop and distribute brokerage email blasts to engage prospects and clients.
  • Create, produce, and print tour books for property showings and client presentations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute brokerage events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
  • Craft and distribute monthly newsletters to keep clients and prospects informed.
  • Manage and update social media accounts, including Instagram and LinkedIn, to increase visibility and engagement.
Administrative Support:
  • Conduct CoStar property searches and data analysis to support marketing and brokerage efforts.
  • Coordinate the collection of signatures for leases and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Provide calendar management and scheduling support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage and maintain CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accurate client and property records.
  • Maintain and track Commission Agreements, ensuring timely processing and compliance.
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, and receivables tracking to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist clients as needed, responding to inquiries and supporting their needs promptly.
Brokerage Support:
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective clients, providing timely and professional communication.
  • Generate and maintain prospect lists, identifying potential opportunities.
  • Assist in writing and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and client proposals.
  • Track critical deadlines and dates to ensure timely actions and deliverables.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of team pitches, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Handle sign calls promptly and professionally, providing relevant property information.
  • Conduct detailed CoStar searches and generate property reports to support brokerage activities
Education and Experience Requested:
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is required
  • Minimum of 2+ years of work-related experience required
  • Tennessee Real Estate license preferred
  • Notary public preferred
