Job Type: Full-Time, Commission-Based Location: Albany/Corvallis/Salem/Roseburg/Eugene, OR (Field-Based with Remote Flexibility) Pay: $121,750 - $196,492.21 per year (plus commission and performance bonuses)


ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

This is not a career rebuild position. We're looking for producing agents who are already closing 6+ transactions annually and want to increase volume without increasing chaos.

INCOME POTENTIAL

If you're closing 6-12 transactions per year and add 2-4 closings monthly through Zillow Flex, your production trajectory changes significantly. At typical commission levels, this can represent $121,750 - $196,492.21+ annually depending on execution and average price point.

Income is performance-driven. Opportunity increases with conversion consistency.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Convert Zillow Flex live transfers into signed clients Conduct efficient buyer consultations and secure agreements Manage transactions from accepted offer to closing with TC support Execute disciplined follow-up in CRM Participate in standard training and accountability sessions Expand production beyond company-provided opportunities

Monday to Friday (self-determined schedule) Weekend availability required Flexible schedule
