Job Summary Crystal Lake is a vibrant RV Resort located in beautiful Naples, FL. With 490 individually owned sites and rated 10/10/10, we are committed to being the best. Currently we are seeking a motivated and professional Florida Licensed Realty Broker and Rental Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of real estate law, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers opportunities for career growth within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Salary $50,000 plus commission

Duties

· Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and support

· Conduct property showings to attract potential buyers or tenants

· Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various platforms

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations

· Prepare and review legal documents related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with real estate law

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business

· Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and coordinating with other professionals involved in transactions

· Oversee Rental Associate in the Rentals Department of RV Sites and Park Models
