Job description

JOB PURPOSE:ย 

This position will require a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to coordinate the administrative activities of our Realty department while assisting with the daily activities as directed and in coordination with the Corporate Marketing department.

ย 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

ย Duties and Responsibilities:ย  Works independently and within a team on special projects. Prepares financial, statistical, narrative and / or other reports as requested by Management

  • Answering calls for Realty from consumers or agents
  • Working with Division Sales Representatives in coordinating calls
  • Provides administrative support to Marketing Management Team
  • Supports all Realty and Corporate Marketing Management in various tasks
  • Responsible for updating MLS and maintaining timely
  • Responsible for updating company website with changes as directed by management
  • May be required to handles interoffice mail and packages
  • Other duties as apparent or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

ย Knowledge and Skills

  • Detailed oriented and organized
  • Personable and excellent phone etiquette
  • Able to work in team environment
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individual at all levels of the organization as well as outside agents, customers
  • Ability to work well under deadlines
  • Various system experience a plus

Education and Work Experience

  • Associates degree or 1-2 year equivalent experience OR combination of education and skills.
  • Experience with a homebuilder or real estate agency is preferred
