The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support for community association management activities. This role prepares and distributes annual and board meeting materials, and maintains association records and databases, coordinates work orders along with other community requests as well as manage association correspondence including broadcast emails, budget letters, and violation notices. Additional duties include daily mail processing, scanning, and uploading documents, reviewing bulk scanning projects, answering phone calls, conducting data clean-up initiatives, and ensuring timely and accurate administrative support for assigned communities and internal teams.


Position Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with homeowners, board members, vendors, and coworkers.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document management, and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to learn and effectively utilize company-specific software and databases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment in resolving routine issues.


The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an office support position.
