• Provide evidence-based therapy services to a wide range of clients, utilizing modalities such as individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
• Engage in therapeutic sessions that inspire client participation and encourage goal setting, monitoring progress to adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Your practice will serve a broad client demographic, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relational issues. By matching clinicians with clients who align with their specialties and treatment styles, we facilitate more effective and fulfilling therapeutic relationships.

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted license in Tennessee to practice independently as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical therapy services, preferably in a telehealth or remote setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations or specialized populations, such as children or individuals with specific mental health challenges, is highly desirable.

• Annual salary between $80,000 and $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
