Job description

Company Overview:

What The Position is About:

  • Lead and grow the residential sales department (6+ sales reps) to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • First 90 days spent personally in the field running estimates and learning existing systems
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach the sales roster (looking to grow the department)
  • Enhance, develop, and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including evaluating and improving an existing playbook
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Create a culture of continuous training, improvement, teamwork, and accountability
  • Utilize home improvement tools to effectively identify and address operational weaknesses
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance and provide regular feedback to the team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth

 

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years in consultative, in-home, or field sales
  • Previously been a top-performing sales rep
  • Built or grown a successful sales team to 15-20 sales reps
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales teams
  • AI fluency in sales workflows is preferred
