About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/ess at Jumeirah The Red Sea.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • To always embrace the Jumeirah Hallmarks 

  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

  • Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system.

  • Sets a personal example for right conduct and behavior. 

  • Must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.  

  • To maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests. 

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Hold a High School Diploma.

  • Have 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.

  • Possess experience of working in an international capacity.

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone.
