Brite Star Uniforms is seeking a Business-to-Business Outside Sales Representative wanting to join a successful locally-owned, family-run and orientated company in business since 1955. Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business customers.
• Cold-call on businesses. Represent company in a professional manner
• Meet with and analyze needs of potential clients.
• Strong work ethic. Manage your time effectively and productively.
• Achieve sales goals and participate in sales strategy planning.
Qualifications:
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• 2-4+ years of B2B outside sales experience
• Min high school graduate. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Good computer and CRM skills.
• Hunter sales mentality. Goal driven and self-motivated.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
We offer a solid base salary based on sales experience plus a generous monthly bonus with an anticipated total of $70,000 to $110,000 plus per year, with no earnings ceiling.
You will solicit new customers for our custom uniform programs and other services. Examples of industries we serve include automotive, industrial, government, refineries, machine shops, HVAC and plumbing, and most all companies who wear uniforms. Opportunities are wide-open.
