Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – 11pm–7am PRNBrinton Manor Nursing and Rehab

Brinton Manor is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dedicated team on the 11pm–7am PRN shift.

Brinton Manor is a 92-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and guidance to direct care staff

  • Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers with staffing and daily operations

  • Deliver hands-on nursing care as needed

  • Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)

  • 1+ year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitative setting

  • Supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Willingness to assist with med cart coverage when needed
