Armored Car Armed Guard/Driver

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Armored Car Armed Guard/Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for the safe transportation and delivery of cash and valuables while maintaining strict security protocols. The ideal candidate is reliable, alert, and committed to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate an armored vehicle along assigned routes
  • Transport cash, coin, and other valuables to and from client locations
  • Service ATMs/ITMs
  • Load and unload currency and secure items
  • Maintain constant awareness of surroundings to ensure safety and security
  • Follow all company security procedures and protocols
  • Provide professional and courteous service to clients
  • Accurately complete required documentation and logs
  • Communicate effectively with team members and upper-level management
Qualifications
· Possess and maintain a clean criminal background and acceptable MVR
· Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and pistol permit
· Pass pre-employment, post-accident, random, reasonable suspicion, and return-to-work drug screens
· Possess and maintain a current DOT physical
· Possess good customer relations and communication skills
· Be self-motivated and capable of driving for lengths of 6-10 hours at a time
· Be familiar with overall vehicle operations and simple repairs while on the road
· Be able to safely operate an armed vehicle
· Be able to follow all traffic laws
· Be able to follow all company policies and safety protocols
· Be willing to work in an armed environment and complete firearms training

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in law enforcement, military, or other security roles
· Possessing a guard card, or other certification in security training

Physical Requirements
