Job description

BrightStar Care is looking for an experienced, mature individual who is self-motivated & able to work with a team and independently.ย 

ย Position:ย  Able toย  work as a Customer Service Representativeย 

ย Position Description:ย  Scheduling & Recruiting work in the office, Field Support

Note:ย  Primary role will be in the office duties with the ability to be in the field if needed.

Hours:ย  Weekly daytime hours 9-4pm

This position will require the individual to learn and understand our company's digital software and other aspects of the daily operations. This position will have the ability for growth within the company and for the individuals to build the programs into a vital part ofย BrightStar Care.ย 

Key Roles for position:ย  Computer efficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.ย  Able to learn & master BrightStar's software system.ย  Excellent Communication skills.ย  Able to problem solve.ย  Able to recruit, interview and hire for programs.ย  Able to schedule medical staff for Home Care visits. Ability to complete general clerical duties timely.

ย Requirements for Position:

*Valid Driver'sย license
*Currentย Auto Insurance
* Having a 15-20 minute commute to the BrightStar Office is preferred
*Must have High School diplomaย or equivalent (GED)
*Must have at least 6 months in-home care experience
*Must be able to work in a team setting and/or independently
*Must have good organizationalย skills
*Must have good speaking skills
*Must be good with computers and smart-phone skills
*Basic Medical terminology helpful, but not required
