Job description

Lead Teacher - Early Childhood Education

Our children enjoy outdoor learning and gardening opportunities, GSRP spaces, summer camps and much more! We're excited to invite you to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of young learners!

Available Positions:

  • Lead Toddler Teacher
  • Lead Preschool Teacher 

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $18/hr with a CDA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30AM - 4PM

Position Overview:
As a Lead Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to be the driving force behind creating an inspiring learning environment. You'll lead the classroom with our High Scope curriculum that emphasizes holistic learning and S.T.E.A.M activities that fosters critical thinking and creativity. 

Qualifications:

  • CDA Certification, an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred) or willing to obtain
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in an accredited Early Childhood Program
  • Willing to pursue classes in Early Childhood Education, as required by the program
