Bilingual Automotive Sales Representative 

Briggs Dodge Ram FIAT of Topeka — Topeka, KS

Briggs Dodge Ram FIAT of Topeka is growing and looking for a motivated Bilingual Automotive Sales Representative to join our team!

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget. This is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential while helping serve our growing Hispanic community.

Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or a background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centers — we provide training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities 

  • Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
  • Build relationships with customers through phone calls, text messages, email, social media, and in-person interactions
  • Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, previous customers, and phone inquiries
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
  • Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and available incentives
  • Translate and communicate information clearly for customers when needed
  • Maintain accurate customer information and notes in the dealership CRM
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and referrals within the community
  • Deliver a transparent, friendly, and professional customer experience
  • Help generate positive customer reviews and repeat business

Qualifications 

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
