What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Assist customers in finding the right new orย pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget
  • Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, and in-person communication
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
  • Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and previous customers
  • Learn and stay up to date on current vehicle features, technology, incentives, and financing options
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the dealershipย CRM
  • Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure a smooth buying experience
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
  • Help generate positive customer reviews and repeat business
