Job description

Bridgeway Academy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to serve as non certified teachers, to provide instruction, care, supervision and appropriate educational/developmental programming and/or instruction for students between the ages of 3 and 21 with an autism diagnosis. Bridgeway Academy is seeking individuals that are passionate about caring for children on the Autism Spectrum and providing the highest quality of services to students with special needs. We are currently looking for RBTs to fill 10 month contracts for the upcoming school year with an early August start date. You will get summers off!
Registered Behavior Technicians will work closely under the supervision of a certified BACB professional implementing the principles of ABA along with teaching alongside other professionals in the classroom. They will develop, plan and implement curriculum, lesson plans and educational programs for students within their classrooms. They will present and reinforce learning concepts within a specified subject or subject area providing modifications when necessary. Registered Behavior Technicians will provide ABA interventions that encourage socially acceptable replacement behaviors so that students can build and improve upon their communication, social interaction, academic and problem solving skills.
