Bridgestone Warehouse Jobs (NOW HIRING)

This region services the strategic business needs of teams across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa. BSAM and BSEMEA are subsidiaries of Bridgestone Corporation, globally headquartered in Japan. Bridgestone and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products and solutions to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries.

• Responsibilities:

• Ship and put together all JB Hunt shipping outbound paperwork
• Send inbound container empty emails
• Send out customer surveys to 10 customers a week and track on Excel and SharePoint
• Send out quality feedback sheets to USV and Tire Hub locations and track in Excel
• Perform end of day for UPS and FedEx shipments
• Process Will Calls
• Submit Proof of Delivery requests
• Communicate to customers tire delivery information
• Process outbound paperwork for customer, export and DC to DC transfers
• Maintain log for inbound containers
• Process and file inbound paperwork for warehouse
• Verify completeness of inbound shipments
• Coordinate inbound discrepancies with Inventory Department
• Close inbound containers
• Process LTL shipments and communicate to warehouse
• Create FEDEX shipments and communicate to warehouse
• Provide driver bags with Bill of Ladin and Runsheet to dedicated service
• Assign seals to each outbound shipment and provide to warehouse
• Match outbound paperwork and loading service tallies for shipping accuracy
• Perform daily outbound balancing
• Provide Bill of Ladin to security for outside carrier pickups
• Check-in and communicate with live load and live unload drivers
• Process Return Goods Authorizations (RGA's)
• Process T-Transactions (customer claims for overages and shortages)
• Track containers and notify carriers daily of empty status
• Submit stop clocks to shipping lines for detention charges
• Manage US Bank accounts and approve or deny charges
• Process UPS call tags for return shipments
• Other duties as assigned

Typically requires a high school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree
