Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This position offers the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team while supporting residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct speech and swallowing evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment approaches
  • Provide therapy services focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia management
