Job description

What You'll Do
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the hospital
  • Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment
  • Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related tasks
  • Repair furniture, beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment
  • Assist with grounds maintenance and facility upkeep
  • Respond to maintenance requests and urgent facility needs
  • Work independently while collaborating with other departments
  • Participate in emergency response activities and on-call coverage as needed

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of facilities maintenance experience preferred
  • Knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and preventative maintenance
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently
  • Basic computer skills for work orders and documentation
  • Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general maintenance repairs
