Bricks & Minifigs Fort Mill is a specialty LEGO® resale store that buys, sells, and trades all things LEGO®. We’re passionate about creativity, customer service, and providing a fun and welcoming environment for fans of all ages.
Position Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our team and maintain a high level of customer service, store organization, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, and enjoys creating a positive environment for both customers and staff.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
  • Assist with daily operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Support training and development of team members
  • Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed, and well presented
  • Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Support store goals and uphold company policies
