Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as aSeniorStore Manager at our flagship location, The LEGO Store Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA, and ensure that the LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values are exemplified in all store operations and guest interactions. You will empower the team around you to drive sales while providing a signature experience for every guest.

• Demonstrate results orientation by meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators, overcoming obstacles and uncertainty, monitoring business processes, maintaining impeccable merchandising and cleanliness standards and maximizing efficiency and profit by maintaining sound operational practices

• Be a role model for guest experience by ensuring the execution of our service model, striving to complete all monthly mystery shops, maximizing repeat business by creating NPS promoters, inspiring and coaching sales associates to consistently deliver exceptional branded experiences

• Lead your team to continued success by recruiting and developing a highly productive and collaborative team, communicate through active coaching and performance management, inspire your team to deliver signature experiences, and ensure continuous learning by providing continuous product knowledge and service training

• Developand nurture a high performing team and support continued development as well as identifying low performance individuals and coach for improvement

• Demonstrate collaboration by working effectively with your peers, partners and others to drive big-picture business performance and create a positive, cooperative working environment

• Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders such as corporate, landlord,etc.

• Organize large scale events within the store promoting new launches, holiday and special events

Do you have what it takes?

• Experience managing leadership inhigh volumeretail environment; flagship experience is a plus

• Point of Sale systems

• Loss prevention and cash management

• Recruitment, selection, coachingand training

• Scheduling and payroll management

• Performance management and conflict resolution skills

• Deep understanding of metrics and data analysis

• Ability to seek process improvement, identify inefficiencies and implement changes

• Space management and visual merchandising expertise

• Effective organizational, verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working with media representing the LEGO brand

• Experience with heavy tourism and international guests

• Physical specifications:Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.

Your workplace -When you join the team you'll be assigned a primary workplace location i.e. one of our Offices, stores or factories. Our hybrid work policy means an average of 3 days per week in the office. The hiring team will discuss the policy and role eligibility with you during the recruitment process.
