Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Master's in nursing OR Bachelor's in nursing AND Master's in health education or health science OR the equivalent OR the minimum qualifications as set by the Board of Registered Nursing, whichever is higher. Local Equivalency Statement 1.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing AND 2. Minimum of three (3) years clinical practice in an acute medical-surgical area providing direct patient care and meet the requirements of the California Board of Registered Nursing. DESIREABLE QUALIFICATIONS Recent community college or lower division teaching experience.
