Responsibilities

Position: Valet Attendant
Shift: Dinner Time (5pm-1am)

Location: Brickell

Pay Rate: $15/hr + tips

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Communication

  • Proactive Service: Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, finding creative ways to solve any problems that arise.

  • Expert Guidance: Maintain a strong knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist guests with directions.

  • Transparency: Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to all customers.

Vehicle Safety & Operations

  • Inspection: Carefully inspect every vehicle before parking it, noting and reporting any findings.

  • Safe Driving: Strictly observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.

  • Incident Reporting: Immediately report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.

Professional Standards

    • Reliability: Arrive on time for every scheduled shift, ready to work.

    • Appearance: Maintain a clean, complete uniform for the entire duration of your shift.

    • Team Support: Assist management with additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth operation.


Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Valet Attendant and in Customer Service is a MUST.

  • License: A valid state driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.

  • Skills: Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a strong plus!

  • Availability: Flexible schedule to work special shifts as needed, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends.

  • Communication: Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
    English required. Bilingual candidates preferred.

  • Eligibility: Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. if hired.

  • Adaptability: Ability to follow instructions and stay calm during changes, delays, or unexpected events.

Physical Demands:

  • Active Role: Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment for long periods.

  • Movement: Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.

  • Strength: Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

  • Safety: Must remain alert and professional while working in a fast-paced environment.
