Rabbit's Foot Brewing is looking to hire barbacks to join our growing team. We are a high-volume brewery and bar focused on craft beer, inventive cocktails, strong hospitality, and a fast-paced team culture.

WHAT THIS POSITION REALLY IS
Barbacks are one of the most important support positions in the building.
This role requires urgency, awareness, communication, and consistency. Great barbacks help bartenders stay organized, stocked, and efficient while helping maintain the flow and energy of service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, juices, syrups, garnishes, and ice throughout shifts
  • Support bartenders by anticipating needs before being asked
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and throughout service areas
  • Change kegs and assist with bar setup and breakdown
  • Help maintain glassware, dish areas, and overall bar flow
  • Communicate clearly with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management
  • Assist with guest interactions professionally and hospitably when needed
  • Maintain urgency and composure during high-volume shifts
