You'll work alongside experienced leadership while gaining valuable knowledge in inventory management, dealership operations, and vehicle merchandising.What You'll DoAs an Inventory Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring our inventory is accurate, organized, and ready for both our sales team and customers.Responsibilities include:Assist with managing new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.Verify vehicle information and maintain inventory accuracy.Coordinate incoming and outgoing vehicle movements.Assist with dealer trades, vehicle transfers, and inventory logistics.Help maintain lot organization and vehicle placement.Ensure vehicles are properly photographed and represented online.Monitor inventory reports and communicate discrepancies.Work closely with Sales, Service, and Management to support daily operations.Perform regular lot audits to maintain accurate inventory records.Help prepare vehicles for sale by ensuring required documentation and vehicle status are complete.What We're Looking ForPrevious dealership or automotive experience is preferred but not required.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Why Jim Coleman Automotive?At Jim Coleman Automotive, we believe our people drive our success.
