We are currently hiring a PRN Registered Nurse to support residents across long-term care, memory care, and transitional rehabilitation in our trusted 110-bed skilled nursing community.

About Brendan House
For over 40 years, Brendan House has been a cornerstone of skilled nursing in the Flathead Valley. Our 110-bed facility provides both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, adapting to the evolving needs of our community while staying rooted in personalized, resident-focused care.

What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
  • Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process
  • Respond calmly and efficiently to changes in resident conditions overnight
  • Implement provider orders and treatments accurately and safely
  • Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents' physical and mental status
  • Maintain high standards of infection prevention and resident safety
  • Anticipate care needs and coordinate timely interventions
  • Collaborate closely with the night shift care team to ensure seamless resident care

Qualifications
  • Current Montana RN license (or compact license) required
  • CPR/BLS certification required
  • Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Shift:
Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)
Schedule: PRN (scheduled as needed).12-hour Night shifts.
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program. Additionally, they may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shifts or hours, offering extra compensation based on department-specific scheduling needs. Pay rates and scheduling practices may vary by department.
